Mr. Tarak Maniar

An astute and analytically driven finance professional with a strategic, value-oriented approach to complex financial mandates, backed by over 3 years of specialized experience in merchant banking and capital markets advisory.

He is a qualified finance professional and a Chartered Accountant (CA), further strengthened by CFA Level II credentials and NISM Alternative Investment Fund Certification. Known for his analytical rigor and practical approach, he combines financial insight with market intelligence to deliver precise, compliant, and value-driven solutions.

He has successfully delivered valuation assignments across diverse industries, grounded in in-depth analysis of restated financial statements, market dynamics, and economic indicators. He has also played a pivotal role in managing Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) on both Main Board and SME platforms, overseeing end-to-end transaction processes with precision and efficiency.
